A Benefit for
Mark your calendars for the 34th annual Kansas Heart & Sole Classic!
Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 8:00 a.m.
The Kansas Heart & Sole Classic is a fun-filled event for all ages and includes a 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run, Tot Trot and Fun Run. The event benefits Special Olympics Kansas, a year-round program of sports training, education, and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
The race starts and finishes at the Johnson County Square in historic downtown Olathe. The relatively flat 3.1 mile course winds through established neighborhoods with many tree-lined streets. 10K participants are encouraged by cheering from the spectators as they reach the 5K mark and start the second lap of the course.
Both the Kansas Heart & Sole Classic 5K and 10K courses are USATF certified: 5K #KS14002LJ, 10K #KS14003LJ.
